EMPLOYEE BENEFITS MEETING
On November 4, 2020, RMD Management held our annual Employee Benefits Meeting. 2020 has been a crazy year and we were unable to meet in person, but we did have a great meeting via Zoom. Delta Stone Products hosted the Park City Area Home Builders Association on Thursday, May 2nd. Despite a bit of chill in the weather, everyone had a good time enjoying good food, networking, and a tour of our fabrication facility. Thanks to the PCAHBA for coming to visit!
High School Event, Natural Stone Education
Students from Wasatch High School and Morgan High School were invited to spend a day with us. They started their day at the Mountain Valley Stone quarry and then traveled to Heber for a tour of Delta Stone Products and a demonstration of masonry install from RJ Masonry. Perhaps some of these students will work for RMD in future years! We are glad the spent a day with us.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Please submit your updated address using the ‘Just Ask’ option above. Please remember to include street or PO box, city, state, and zip code. When you submit an updated address using ‘Just Ask’ your address with the health insurance company, 401(k) provider, and other company sponsored programs will be updated as well.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY TAX WITHHOLDING?
To change the amount of federal and state income tax withheld from your paychecks, please complete a W-4 form and submit it to the main office or to your manager. Please note that any changes must be submitted at least one week prior to the pay date in order for them to be processed. The W-4 forms can be found under the ‘Policy/Forms’ tab.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR HEALTH INSURANCE?
Please use the Employee Navigator website to enroll in health insurance benefits offered by RMD Management. A link can be found under the ‘Employee Benefits’ tab. New employees are eligible for health insurance benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Current employees may enroll in health insurance benefits during the company’s open enrollment period.
WHEN CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY 401(K)?
You may make changes to the amount you are contributing to your 401(k) at the beginning of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1). You may stop participation at any time but you may not re-enroll until the beginning of a quarter. To make changes to your current contribution amounts or to change the beneficiary(ies) on your account, please refer to the forms found under the 'Policy/Forms' tab.
CAN I WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM MY 401(K)?
Generally, you may not withdraw funds from your 401(k) account while you are employed with RMD Management. If you are no longer employed by RMD Management, you may withdraw your 401(k) funds (subject to penalty and taxes) or roll them over to a retirement plan with a subsequent employer or establish a qualified retirement account with a financial institution.
WHEN IS HEALTH INSURANCE OPEN ENROLLMENT?
The open enrollment period for the health insurance benefits which go into effect on November 1, 2017 is October 1 to October 31, 2017. The policy which begins on November 1, 2017 will be in effect until December 31, 2018. The open enrollment period for the health insurance benefits which begin January 1, 2019 will be from November 1 to December 31, 2018.
